Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Head of Corporate Banking to lead our corporate banking business in the Erfurt region.
Job Summary: As Regional Head of Corporate Banking, you will be responsible for the overall management of the corporate banking business in the designated region, including leadership of the regional teams and achievement of growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the regional market area, including technical and disciplinary leadership of the regional corporate customer teams and consistent focus on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business and improve profitability.
- Lead and develop employees, foster a performance-oriented culture, and act as a role model in terms of leadership and integrity.
- Collaborate with product specialists and relevant business areas to achieve regional and supra-regional goals.
- Ensure effective implementation of the business model and introduce and anchor processes, tools, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive forward the strategic development of the business area and assume responsibility for demanding regional or nationwide projects.
Requirements:
- Solid banking education, supplemented by a degree or comparable further qualifications.
- Proven experience in corporate customer and credit business, with in-depth knowledge of products, interrelationships, and control mechanisms.
- Several years of experience in leading and developing employees, with a proven track record of successfully managing high-performance teams.
- Strong social and leadership skills, with high personal standing, empathy, and ability to act as a role model.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions and set strategic impulses effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
