Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Alderwood Mall)

Squishable is looking for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join their team at Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, Washington.

As a Seasonal Squishable Retail Sales Associate, you will become a Squishable ambassador, learning their unique products inside out and developing the communication skills to turn that knowledge into the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all POS transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience in the store
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately
• Maintain an organized inventory and ensure all merchandise is displayed according to brand visual guidelines
• Support the team with opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods

Qualifications:

• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation:

• Pay rate is $17.13 per hour
