Description
We are seeking an Accounting & Financial Reporting Supervisor to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role involves Group Reporting activities, financial and regulatory reporting, and delivering critical financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Group Reporting activities and financial reporting deliverables.
- Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial reports and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
- Perform financial analysis and variance analysis for leadership teams.
- Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Review reports and identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
- Support payroll-related accounting activities and reporting requirements.
- Lead and participate in projects related to financial reporting, process optimization, and systems enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide reporting support.
- Utilize Excel, Power BI, SAP, and AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Finance experience.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with complex reporting processes and multiple deadlines.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred:
- IFRS reporting experience.
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Power BI experience.
- Experience supporting payroll-related accounting activities.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or Master's coursework.
- Experience utilizing AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
- Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement experience.
