Description

We are seeking an Accounting & Financial Reporting Supervisor to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role involves Group Reporting activities, financial and regulatory reporting, and delivering critical financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate Group Reporting activities and financial reporting deliverables.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial reports and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Support consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
  • Perform financial analysis and variance analysis for leadership teams.
  • Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Review reports and identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintain expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
  • Support payroll-related accounting activities and reporting requirements.
  • Lead and participate in projects related to financial reporting, process optimization, and systems enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide reporting support.
  • Utilize Excel, Power BI, SAP, and AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Finance experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with complex reporting processes and multiple deadlines.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Preferred:

  • IFRS reporting experience.
  • SAP S/4HANA experience.
  • Power BI experience.
  • Experience supporting payroll-related accounting activities.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or Master's coursework.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
  • Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement experience.
