We are seeking a Target Security Specialist to join our Assets Protection team. As a Target Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting sales by engaging with guests and team members at the front of store and on the sales floor
- Leading a physical security culture by assessing and maintaining safe and secure standards throughout the store
- Responding to and documenting security incidents
- Utilising intelligence-led tactics to prevent theft and shortage
- Conducting merchandise recoveries and providing apprehension support as needed
- Training team members on merchandise protection and audit execution

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- To be at least 18 years of age or older

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift merchandise up to 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
