NPI Engineer

NVIDIA Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end NVLINK, InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer market-leading solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables, and software to support networking technologies.

As a Local NPI Engineer, you will provide on-site engineering support for all Assembly and Process issues. You will be based at the factory in FXN Guadalajara, Mexico. Your responsibilities will include:

• Escorting and Process Validation activities and DOEs
• Developing and implementing manufacturing processes for new products to meet project requirements
• Driving CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management and HVM mindset

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including knowledge of PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes
• Experience in leading projects with multiple CMs/vendors
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process
• Familiarity with ICT / JTAG technology and/or functional tests
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent English, reading, writing, and presentation capabilities
