Description
Electronic Arts is seeking a Project Manager to join their DevOps team in Bucharest, Romania. The successful candidate will play a key role in the leadership team, managing project and resource planning, balancing scope with capacity, tracking progress, implementing processes, and mitigating risks.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally on DevOps-centric teams or similar software development projects. They will be knowledgeable in Agile and Waterfall project management, have experience solving complex problems, and be proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project delivery across a team of DevOps engineers within a global team
- Work with tech leads and engineers on planning and implementing DevOps projects
- Guide planning and support continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives
- Create project schedules and align with development and central teams
- Meet deadlines and communicate status and risks to the project team and project partners
- Mitigate risks for areas of ownership
