Reseller Operations Manager, Japan & Korea

Job Overview

As Anthropic's Reseller Operations Manager for Japan and Korea, you will oversee the onboarding, transactions, payments, and support for resellers in both countries. You will work closely with the global team to build and adapt the reseller program for the Japanese and Korean markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea, including application intake, screening coordination, agreement execution, and entitlement setup.
• Manage hyperscaler reseller operations, including deal registration, marketplace authorizations, and private offer processing.
• Handle direct reseller operations, including partner quotes, order booking, and commit tracking.
• Run regional reseller incentives, including eligibility, validation of quarterly payouts, and partner disputes.
• Provide first-line operational support for resellers in Japanese and Korean during local business hours.
• Manage outsourced operations capacity and coordinate with Enablement on local-language certification and training.
• Own reseller reporting for Japan and Korea, including registration volume, activation, and attributed revenue.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in channel, reseller, distribution, or partner operations at a technology company.
• Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English.
• Practical knowledge of cloud marketplace reseller programs and hands-on experience with quote-to-order, order management, or partner billing.
• A track record of taking manual processes and turning them into documented workflows, service levels, and reporting.

Nice to Have

• Experience inside the Japanese or Korean enterprise reseller and systems integrator ecosystem.
• Experience with partner incentive or rebate operations.
• Familiarity with PRM or deal-registration tooling.

Team and Logistics

• Report into Partner Experience and work with the global Partner Operations team and Japan and Korea go-to-market teams.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Location-based hybrid policy: 25% office time.
