Corporate Translator Specialist

At Ford of Mexico, you will play a critical role as a Corporate Translator Specialist, responsible for translating and adapting in-vehicle and mobile app content for various markets.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Translating and adapting content using Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools and AI-assisted translation, with rigorous human review.
• Creating, reviewing, and maintaining glossary entries and translation memory descriptions.
• Coordinating with designers, feature owners, developers, and language service providers to ensure accurate terminology and context.
• Tracking delivery dates and escalating risks as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, International Relations, or a similar field.
• Relevant experience in translation, localization, or related project coordination.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2) and excellent written and verbal communication skills in your target language.
• Proficiency with CAT tools, translation software, and content management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
