Description
Join WSP as a Municipal Infrastructure DAO Technician in Laval or Brossard, QC, Canada. As an intermediate-level technician, you will support engineers in designing municipal infrastructure plans using Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Your responsibilities will include producing and updating technical drawings, validating plan compliance, and collaborating with teams to ensure deliverable quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support engineers in designing municipal infrastructure plans
- Produce and update technical drawings using Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Validate plan compliance with project guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with technicians, drafters, and engineers to ensure deliverable quality
- Contribute to resolving design and coordination issues
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in computer-aided design and drafting for municipal infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of MicroStation is an asset
- Experience in consulting engineering is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to analyze technical requirements and communicate effectively in French
