Description
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager to lead our warehouse operations in the United States.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct leadership and operational oversight for the distribution center, ensuring consistent processes, throughput, standards, and performance across sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing operational leadership and overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly operating plans
- Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse leadership teams
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and facility standards are met
- Managing customer service targets, inventory control, and quality
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal partners, including transport, supply planning, sales, and finance
- Driving process improvements and change management initiatives
- Ensuring business continuity and 24/7 readiness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse/distribution center operations; at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume, time-sensitive distribution
- Proven track record of managing and developing front-line teams and supervisors
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS systems, inventory control, and safety practices
- Ability to work flexibly in support of 24/7 operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The base salary range for this position is $112,000 - 168,000 + cash incentives.
