Maintenance Configuration Controller

Join Eurostar's Rolling Stock team as a Maintenance Configuration Controller, responsible for monitoring maintenance activities, managing archiving and data storage, and supporting international maintenance planning.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee traceability and documentation of maintenance activities, focusing on safety-critical components
• Manage archiving, data storage, and production records
• Develop and improve systems, databases, KPIs, and procedures
• Ensure correct creation, planning, and monitoring of maintenance exams and tasks
• Create and structure work reports and maintenance campaigns
• Lead the planning team's work-order creation process
• Monitor fleet restrictions and manage derogation requests
• Forecast material requirements and analyse usage trends

Requirements:

• Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of engineering and operating practices of rolling stock
• At least 5 years of successful experience involving UK or European railways
• Thorough knowledge of IT systems and system specification development
• Experience in managing technical records in a depot and production planning
• Knowledge of railway components' performance and maintenance regime
• Good communication skills and ability to build working relationships
• Working knowledge of written and spoken French (desirable)
