Senior Product Manager

Thinkific, an award-winning learning commerce platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own multiple product lines focused on enabling customers to sell, earn, and scale their businesses.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years of experience managing commerce products. They will be responsible for defining the strategic vision for Thinkific's Commerce product, executing with quality and depth, and collaborating across Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining the strategic vision for Commerce, integrating market insights, customer needs, and business outcomes
• Executing with quality and depth, taking the time to fully solve customer problems
• Owning a wide surface area, including payment processing integrations, pricing and packaging changes, customer onboarding, and site building products
• Working AI-first across feedback triage, competitive insight, scoping, and prototyping
• Thinking end-to-end, from retaining and winning customers to launch considerations
• Staying deeply connected to customers by talking with them regularly and turning feedback into clear problems worth solving
• Driving measurable outcomes by defining success metrics and using data and experiments to guide priorities

The recruitment compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000.
