We're seeking a Salesforce Engineering Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As a Salesforce Engineering Manager, you will work in and across tech teams, coaching and learning with diverse individuals. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting an engineering team to achieve business and personal goals.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in leading, coaching, and supporting an engineering team, as well as empathy and a deep understanding of the day-to-day technical and delivery challenges developers face. You will be comfortable striking technical trade-offs between short-term delivery needs and long-term strategic business goals.
In terms of technology, you will be working with Salesforce Service Cloud Platform, CI/CD solutions at scale, high availability systems, reusable patterns & standards, and certifications in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Platform Developer 1.
