Liaison Officer

MediCard Phils., Inc., a leading HMO founded and run by doctors, is seeking a Liaison Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promptly catering to medical services for confined members while ensuring the exactitude of benefits received.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing rapport with healthcare package clients to make them feel comfortable and gain their trust and confidence
• Explaining and keeping clients updated on procedures during their stay at the clinic or hospital
• Addressing clients' queries regarding the coverage of their packages

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Graduate of a 4-year medical course
• With or without experience
• Willing to undergo training in Makati and do fieldwork
