Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

• Take up the responsibility of the entire Project.
• Carefully analyse the project and rectify the errors found in the process.
• Undergo the process of analysis to fulfil the requirement of system wide.
• Develop the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.
• Implement the best practices and coding standards of the project.
• Keep on asking for reviews and feedback from peers.
• Report for all weekly tasks in the form of accurate and detailed reports.
• Conduct testing and integration testing for the entire system.
• Work on identifying project risk and planning mitigation action with the SM at project level.
• Ensure that the team is working as per the listed procedures.
• Constantly increase the productivity of the team and reduce waste.

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of CI/CD and available tools.
• Logging, Monitoring and Alerting concepts in a banking environment.
• Deep understanding of IBM WebSphere Application Server or cloud and IBM BPM.
• Deep understanding of code version and branches management and available tools.
• Strong hands-on experience in IBM BPM's BPDs (Process Designer), Coach framework.
• Develop core system/integration components utilising J2EE, XML, SOAP and REST web services.
• Relational Databases with basic SQL Skills.
• Web Technologies – HTML, DHTML, JavaScript.

Additional skills that will be good to have:

• Good communication skills.
• Good hands-on experience on Java/WX.
