At Morgan & Morgan, we're building one of the fastest-growing Social Security Disability practices in the country, and we're looking for experienced attorneys who want to hit the ground running.
As a Social Security Disability Attorney, you will represent clients through all stages of their claims, prepare them for hearings, and advocate on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges. You will manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service, work closely with experienced case managers and support staff, develop legal strategies, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases for clients.

To qualify, you need a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, an active license and good standing with at least one US state bar, prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings, and demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload.
