Strategic Partner Development, Data & Product Partnerships – Beneficial Deployments

The Beneficial Deployments team works to bring Claude to high-impact areas such as global health, life sciences, education, and economic mobility through partnerships.

You will support deal work from ideation through signature, structuring and closing agreements, and ensuring terms are honoured.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and close partnerships with partner managers and legal team
• Work alongside legal and partner managers on structure and risk
• Maintain a clear view of the partnership pipeline and communicate status

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, licensing, or comparable
• Experience leading deals from term sheet through signature
• Comfortable negotiating complex terms and working with lawyers
• Track record of working cross-functionally with legal teams and colleagues

Nice to have:

• Experience working with nonprofits, foundations, or governments
• Familiarity with health, education, or research data
• Understanding of AI model development and product integrations

The annual compensation range for this role is $240,000-$300,000 USD.
