As our New Product Program Manager, you will partner with us to guide next-generation silicon from early concept and prototyping through high-volume production.
Your Impact You will bring clarity to complex ASIC lifecycles by aligning schedules, collaborating closely with technical leads, and ensuring our products achieve the highest standards of quality and performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience leading semiconductor ASIC programs from concept through volume manufacturing.
- Practical understanding of silicon development lifecycles, including New Product Introduction (NPI), bring-up, and qualification processes.
- Proven track record building alignment, communicating clearly, and leading collaborative initiatives across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ASIC/SoC development workflows and product test engineering.
- Familiarity with modern program management tools and frameworks (such as Jira, Smartsheet, Agile, or PMP).
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management knowledge (certification is a plus).
The starting salary range posted for this position is $143,100.00 to $185,900.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits.
