Description
We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our team at the Dublin Mary Street store. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the fill operation, ensuring the sales floor is ready to trade, and coordinating resources to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the fill operation and take operational responsibility for coordinating resources
- Coach colleagues on best practices and drive productivity
- Allocate resources effectively to deliver a quick payment experience
- Implement daily operational processes efficiently across the store
- Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store
- Create a great team atmosphere that is inclusive of everyone
- Role model excellent customer service and organisational behaviours
- Support Colleague Managers and share observations to deliver high performance
- Support nearby stores if operationally required
- Perform tasks related to opening and closing the store, including key holding and answering call-outs

Requirements:
- Good level of digital capability and ability to access and utilise relevant systems
- Good knowledge of commercial operations and operational excellence
- Current working knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to interpret data relevant to the role
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change
