Description
As a member of the Activity Staff, you will be responsible for creating lasting memories by consistently delivering a guest-centric product experience that aligns with brand standards and health and sanitization protocols. You will create positive connections, emcee key activity and entertainment programming, and support a guest and teammate-centric culture that increases Net Promoter, profitability, Service Excellence, and drives a safe and healthy environment in accordance with HESS protocols.
Your duties will include creating, hosting, training, promoting, emceeing, and assisting all activities and events, creating an engaging and entertaining experience for guests. You will embrace MedallionClass products, services, and applications to identify guests and deliver exceptional, personalized service. You will be accountable for consistent product delivery and apply the Service Excellence philosophy.
You will collaborate with onboard teammates to provide reliable information and updates to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will provide a positive first impression to guests through a warm, welcoming greeting, maintain the company's standard, and comply with fleet safety regulations in accordance with HESS protocols.
You will own your experience area and support the development, implementation, and execution of initiatives in alignment with the Entertainment leadership team. You will anticipate and take ownership of guest needs and requests, demonstrate responsibility, authority, and accountability in all performance areas, and actively learn and answer questions on product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information.
You will arrive at events at least 15 minutes early to ensure efficient setup and engage with guests, and prioritize performance standards set out by the Cruise Staff Tier Program. You will responsibly use consumable items and maintain assigned equipment clean and in good condition.
