As a Pharmaceutical Operator on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:20 PM), you will perform tasks to plan and manufacture high-quality products on time and in the right quantities.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe work environment by following safety procedures, workplace standards, and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other operators and supervisors to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain, clean, and organise your work area, and participate in safety improvement projects.
  • Dispense components, operate, clean, set-up, changeover, and maintain equipment and rooms to manufacture products.
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure product quality by performing in-process checks and complying with cGMPs.
  • Accurately record process/manufacturing steps, production results, and other required cGMP information.
  • Review and approve work output for team members using validated methods.
  • Perform work on a personal computer, including reading and responding to emails, and completing production documentation.
  • Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
  • Take ownership of training and learning to develop high-performance competencies.
  • Cross-train and train other pharmaceutical operators on equipment and processes as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience using motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
  • Experience using automated inventory systems or equivalent computer systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Physically able to operate a forklift truck.
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely in a production environment.
  • Experience working in a GMP or SOP environment.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate between $26.48-$39.72.
  • Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation.
