Description
The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Organization is seeking a Flight Test Engineer – Test Conductor in Berkeley, MO to support F-15 flight test programs. As a Flight Test Engineer – Test Conductor, you will play a critical role in planning, authoring, and coordinating various modifications across different teams and sites.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate flight test mission requirements with internal and external customers
- Develop flight test and mission profiles, test plans, and test cards
- Manage test schedules and identify and coordinate test ranges and facilities
- Conduct ground and flight tests, and participate in post-test data evaluation
- Lead and prepare for remote site deployments
- Develop and document standardized test methods and processes
- Apply lessons learned to improve test procedures
- Oversee debriefing of the test team and approve test data prior to delivery to customers
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working in a lab test, flight test, or similar test environment
- 1+ years of experience authoring test plans and/or test cards
- 1+ years of experience executing tests in a control room environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years' related work experience
- Active U.S. Security Clearance
- Experience with military aircraft and/or mission systems
- Experience operating and/or maintaining aircraft

Salary Range:
- Associate level (Level 2): $85,000 – $115,000
- Experienced (Level 3): $103,700 – $140,300
