Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Sweet Briar Norwich, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products, showcasing your knowledge of M&S Food
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering seamless customer experiences
In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
