Intern, Enterprise Solutions

AIA Digital+ is seeking an intern to support the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis:
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
• Support in preparing functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes.
• Help analyse gaps between business needs and system capabilities.
• Participate in requirement review sessions and workshops.

• System Integration Testing (SIT):
• Assist in creating SIT test scenarios, test cases and test data.
• Execute SIT test cases and document test results.
• Identify, log and track defects using Azure DevOps tool.
• Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes.
• Support regression testing and ensure system stability.

• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for requirements and test artifacts.
• Prepare basic reports on test progress, defects and issues.
• Ensure proper version control and traceability between requirements and test cases.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Information Systems / Computer Science/Business Administration / Business Analytics/Software Engineering or related fields.
• Candidates should be in their final semester of study.

• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Basic knowledge of testing concepts (SIT, UAT, defect lifecycle).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with process flow tools (e.g., Visio).
