Inverter HW Design Specialist

Ferrari, known for its exceptional track record in Formula One and GT production cars, is seeking an Inverter HW Design Specialist based in Maranello, Italy.

In this role, you will contribute to inverter hardware design, simulation, and testing, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and gather technical requirements for inverter hardware development
• Design electronic circuits, including electrical schematics and PCB layouts
• Perform functional and circuit-level simulations
• Support the definition and implementation of test setups and test plans
• Conduct component-level tests in-house
• Provide support during testing at external laboratories

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Engineering with excellent academic results
• Knowledge of inverter simulation and design
• Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and reading electrical schematics, datasheets, and applications
• Experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB, PLECS, and LTspice, as well as electronic design software like Altium
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent English required; Italian language skills an advantage
