Senior Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a talented Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team in Guarulhos, Brazil. As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our products in the Brazilian market.

Job Summary: You will lead the reliability process for new and current products, performing complex analyses using methodologies such as Weibull, Prediction, and MABs. You will also promote continuous improvement of the reliability process, lead emerging issues and signals processes, and conduct PQC meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead reliability analysis for new and current products
• Perform complex reliability analyses using various methodologies
• Promote continuous improvement of the reliability process
• Lead emerging issues and signals processes
• Conduct PQC meetings
• Provide technical support for warranty calculations and spare parts strategy
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies
• Solid knowledge of Systems Engineering
• Postgraduate degree or specialisation in Reliability (desirable)
• Experience in the automotive or heavy vehicle sector (desirable)
• Familiarity with reliability software/tools (desirable)

Work Model: Hybrid model: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week
