We are seeking an Associate - Electrical to define and implement technical strategies for building services aligned with organisational goals.

Responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end technical delivery of building services projects
Driving adoption of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices
Ensuring compliance with regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
Mentoring and leading technical teams
Collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients
Identifying and mitigating technical risks

Requirements:

Strong expertise in building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
Proven project team and project management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of sustainability standards and best practices
Proficiency in Electrical design software (Dialux, Dialux EVO, Amtech, Hevacomp) and project management tools
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical engineering or related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in building services, with at least 5 years in a leading major project delivery
Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council
