Description
We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty - Sephora in Prague. As a Beauty Expert, you will be a true brand ambassador, combining artistic talent with a commercial approach, providing exceptional customer service, presenting high-end makeup skills, and always looking for new challenges.
Your main goals will be:
- To achieve and exceed sales and individual targets, including set KPIs and financial goals
- To manage inventory and merchandising at individual retail locations in your assigned area and inform your supervisor of any issues
- To build strong relationships with our business partners and store teams
- To increase brand awareness by sharing the magic of Charlotte Tilbury with customers and Sephora teams, demonstrating excellent product knowledge, and providing an exceptional and unforgettable customer experience
- To prepare and track weekly and monthly sales reports, monitor individual productivity and commission, and manage your work schedule
- To actively participate in organizing events at retail locations and support the development of our makeup services
- To utilize every opportunity to enhance the customer experience at retail locations, develop the customer database, and promote customer loyalty
- To set an example in terms of personal presentation and behavior, always adhering to Charlotte Tilbury standards and guidelines
- To approach your work and colleagues positively, collaborating with them while respecting the rules and requirements of our business partners
Requirements:
- You are enthusiastic about the Charlotte Tilbury brand and can convey this enthusiasm to others
- You can work independently and have a proactive approach
- You are energetic and initiative-taking, able to come up with proposals for commercial activities at retail locations
- You have experience and/or qualifications as a mobile Makeup Artist
- Experience working on a beauty counter is an advantage
- You have excellent communication skills
- You can exceed sales expectations and build strong relationships with customers
- You have intermediate-level English skills; knowledge of another language is an advantage
- You are active on social media and familiar with the social media environment
