We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Logistics Supervisor to oversee night shift operations at our facility in Singapore.
Job Summary: As a Warehouse Supervisor/Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities, monitoring and managing inventory, and ensuring the efficiency and discipline of the warehouse team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Monitor and manage inventory of warehouse consumables and equipment
- Oversee attendance, performance, efficiency, and discipline within the warehouse team
- Train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
- Process warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency
- Resolve operational escalations as needed
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills to supervise ground staff
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound processes for the warehouse
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
