We're seeking passionate individuals who not only take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products but are also ready to roll their sleeves up and go again, day in and day out, meeting strong customer demand head-on.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Provide five-star service at pace to our customers
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products
- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and our in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Be flexible and adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment
Work Pattern:
- Thursday: 05:00-09:00
- Saturday: 05:00-09:00
- Sunday: 07:00-11:00
Additional Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role
- You should be digitally confident and able to use our digital tools
- You should be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
