As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you serve as a technical, external-facing program lead responsible for connecting our internal teams with government program offices, implementation teams, and industry partners. You act as a trusted representative with the customer, ensuring our capabilities, priorities, and business interests are clearly understood and appropriately prioritized across the broader program.

This position requires a combination of project management, process optimization, technical proficiency, and execution skills. You are a person who loves fixing problems, scaling technical solutions, and always embraces the best idea, even when it is not your own.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and drive execution against integrated master scheduled, requirements documentation, capability briefs, and other core program artifacts
  • Translate technical capabilities and implementation progress into concise, decision-oriented briefs for customers, partners, and senior leaders
  • Synthesize concrete technical goals from product vision, mapping global product strategy to granular team tasks and issues
  • Keep broad and complete state of everything involving or related to your projects
  • Enhance cross-team collaboration
  • Navigate complex, multi-party program dynamics and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen our position and increase impact with the customer

What We Value

  • Demonstrated success managing complex software development projects for an enterprise software company or startup
  • Prior missile or missile defense experience, with experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency strongly preferred
  • An ability to engage in technical discussions and invest in learning technical concepts
  • Excellent judgment and composure in high-pressure situations
  • A creative approach to project management centered around lightweight frameworks that enable rapid iteration
  • An ability to develop strong relationships with customer-facing teams and a high level of empathy with our end-users’ needs
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 75% based on program and customer needs

What We Require

  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably supporting complex government, defense, aerospace, or national security programs
  • Active Secret clearance at minimum, TS/SCI strongly preferred

Salary

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $93,000 - $160,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives.
