We are looking for a Development Director to partner with researchers and engineers shaping the future of AI and interactive entertainment. You will turn technical goals into clear plans and use automation and agentic AI tools to improve how teams plan, coordinate, and deliver work.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate research and engineering objectives into plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Guide projects from early exploration through prototypes, integration, and release.
  • Establish planning, milestone, review, and execution processes for research and engineering teams.
  • Maintain visibility into priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate decisions and resources to address project risks and blockers.
  • Turn cross-functional discussions into decisions, actions, owners, and next steps.
  • Build agentic AI workflows that automate scheduling, reporting, coordination, and information synthesis.
  • Improve production tools and processes based on team and project needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years managing technical programs or projects in software, research, engineering, or related technical environments.
  • Background managing scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and delivery across technical programs.
  • Experience applying Agile, Kanban, Lean, or similar development practices.
  • Hands-on work building or operating agentic AI and automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with large language model concepts, including task decomposition, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation.
  • Experience synthesizing technical information for teams and leadership.
  • Proficiency with Jira or similar planning and tracking tools.
  • Track record coordinating work across Research, Engineering, Product, and partner teams.
