This role includes:
- A $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance
- Training stipend for early signers
- Up to $75,000 in student loan repayment when applicable
- Practice at Budge Clinic & Logan Regional Hospital in Logan, UT
- A 4-day work week
- On call approximately 1:6
- Access to robotics surgery (optional)

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in OBGYN
- Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- BLS
