Job Overview
As a Senior Analyst in Financial Operations at Airwallex, you will play a critical role in delivering operational excellence in client transaction lifecycles and managing liquidity to support the company's global business growth. You will work closely with Greater China business stakeholders and collaborate with other Operations teams globally.
Responsibilities
- Monitor end-to-end client transaction lifecycles globally, handle enquiries, detect exceptions, and communicate with teams and departments to resolve issues.
- Monitor clearing and settlement of client funds and global money pools; drive data-oriented approaches to enhance liquidity management systems, fund risk management, and treasury efficiency.
- Maintain and refine the team's knowledge base and standard operating procedures; support exploration of operational optimizations and process automation.
- Assist in building data-oriented team performance metrics, quality assurance frameworks, and tooling to monitor, detect, and remediate operational risk areas and control defects.
- Set up compliant, accurate, and timely reporting data capabilities based on external regulatory and third-party requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than two years of experience in data or operations teams, preferably in payment industry, banking, foreign exchange, or related backgrounds.
- Ability to quickly understand new products, goal-oriented, and stress-resistant.
- Strong communication skills and customer service consciousness.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with adaptability to a bilingual working environment.
- Experience with MS Office; technical skills in SQL are required; Python and visualization tools like Tableau or Looker are a plus.

- Salary range: MYR 81,489 - MYR 122,234
