Product Program Manager

We are seeking a Product Program Manager to join our team. As a Product Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex programs that support the development and launch of new board-level graphics products for various market segments, including desktop gaming, automotive, datacenter, and pro visualization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing project lifecycle development process from project kickoff to production release
• Managing multiple complex programs that support the development of new board-level graphics card products
• Coordinating project activities, assigning tasks, and providing mentorship to specific functions of the project
• Leading project execution meetings, weekly communications, and coordinating peers and operations with specified objectives
• Developing a comprehensive project schedule, ensuring key deliverables align to business unit key achievements for the launch
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance activities
• Identifying threats impacting projects, tackling day-to-day project problems, and providing mitigation strategies quickly
• Leading changes, developing a revised project scope when project priorities change, monitoring and tracking progress to minimize project risk
• Participating in after-action review activities, discussing and driving process changes as needed, implementing lessons learned at the end of each project
• Continuously reviewing validation sample forecasts and monitoring sample delivery to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of project management and related experience
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
