WSP is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Grants Strategy and Development Team in their Florida offices. The successful candidate will work directly with public and private organizations across the country to lead infrastructure-related engagements and provide expert grant management services.
The Senior Consultant role involves leading post-award grant management and compliance strategies for public infrastructure projects, contributing to business development efforts, and leveraging professional networks to support business development opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading post-award grant management and compliance strategies for public infrastructure projects
- Contributing to business development efforts and building the Grant Strategy and Development Team's portfolio
- Managing and overseeing the development of complex post-award grant deliverables
- Serving as task lead/key staff for grant assistance contracts
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, Urban or Transportation Planning, or a related discipline
- 5-7 years of relevant experience performing complex grant functions
- Previous experience supporting business development efforts and shaping pursuit strategy
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

The expected salary range for this position is $89,600 - $156,600.
