Brand Expert - Vancouver - Fraser Valley (Seasonal)

Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join the team. As a member of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Brand Expert team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents.

You will be teaching customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry learnt in over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy, and be part of building an amazing beauty business.

Main Duties:

• Sales: Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets. Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
• Customer Service: Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
• Team Work: Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues. Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
• Operations: Ensure the counter/gondola is customer-ready from open to close of business. Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards. Assist with maintaining required inventory levels, visual merchandising, and event execution.

Requirements:

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday open availability
• Able to commute to all locations within Vancouver to Fraser Valley
• Ability to drive and hold event collateral is an asset
