MHI Talent Solutions | Product Manager, Business Systems

We are seeking a Product Manager, Business Systems to join one of our client teams in Los Angeles, California.

This pivotal role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, translating complex business processes into well-designed systems and features.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Own the product vision and roadmap for Business Systems supporting order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory and fulfillment workflows. Align initiatives to revenue growth, inventory efficiency, and operational scalability.
• Business Systems Ownership (O2C, P2P & Inventory): Own and evolve systems supporting order management, fulfillment, invoicing, purchasing, vendor management, inbound inventory, and inventory management.
• Order Fulfillment & Channel Enablement: Partner with Operations, Order Fulfillment, Wholesale, Retail, and Franchise teams to streamline end-to-end operational workflows.
• KPI Ownership & Operational Performance: Own system-level performance metrics across business systems and drive measurable improvements in order cycle time, fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and purchasing efficiency.
• Systems & Integrations: Own product direction for NetSuite ERP across B2B, DTC, purchasing, and inventory modules.
• Execution & Cross-Functional Delivery: Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting enterprise business systems, ERP, supply chain, or operational technology.
• Strong functional understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience across order management, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, and related business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in apparel, retail, or consumer goods.
• Experience working with WMS, EDI, and supply chain integrations.
• Experience in multi-channel and global operations environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification or higher.
