Merchandiser (Part Time)

As a Part-time Merchandiser, you will report to the Merchandiser Manager and focus on servicing customers in a safe manner. Your main goal is to maintain and rotate Red Bull products correctly at large format off-premise stores, supporting sales growth and partnerships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Red Bull products are rotated and maintained according to product rotation standards, minimizing Out of Code and Damaged Product concerns
• Keep Red Bull equipment clean and in good working order
• Accomplish Red Bull merchandising processes and routines
• Evaluate competitors' activities, such as new launches and price reductions, and communicate with the Merchandising Manager or sales team
• Build and protect the Red Bull product portfolio
• Notify the Account Sales Manager about pick-up or exchange of dented, damaged, or out-of-code products, out-of-stock items, and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities
• Maintain professional relationships with retail managers of accounts
• Collaborate with sales team members to build new programs and sell large displays
• Work cross-functionally and share best practices
• Represent the Red Bull brand through responsible driving and market presence

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage
• At least 18 years old
• Experience in merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English language skills; additional languages an advantage
