Sector Chief CHR (Musketeer)

We are looking for a Sector Chief CHR (Musketeer) to join our team in Clermont-Ferrand.

As a Musketeer, you will be an ambassador for our brand in the On Premise business, specifically in Cafes, Hotels, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, and QSRs.

Your mission will be to animate and develop a portfolio of clients in your sector, ensuring the good application of Red Bull France's quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing clients in your defined sector
• Identifying and updating client and prospect information in our database
• Activating clients based on priority indicators (KPIs)
• Ensuring the exclusive presence of our products and correct execution of our resale method
• Negotiating strategic placement for our coolers in points of sale
• Recommending the adequate number of coolers in establishments based on product rotation analysis
• Strengthening and maintaining long-term professional relationships with established clients
• Creating new alliances with key influencers and sector experts
• Negotiating and securing commercial agreements (20/80)
• Developing product availability in your sector through effective prospecting
• Maximizing sales in existing clients by using our quality standards
• Observing and negotiating the best brand positioning on establishment menus and cards
• Implementing the perfect serve method for all clients
• Activating consumption around a Red Bull-based product offer
• Relaying this activation through adapted communication supports
• Being an ambassador for the brand and product

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the CHR sector and experience in this circuit
• Mastery of different distribution networks

Benefits:

• Annual gross salary: 36,500 to 40,000 euros over 13 months, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience, + variable part
