Description
Transform technology into opportunity as a Machine Learning Engineer with GDIT. You'll design, build, and operate mission-grade AI/ML capabilities with production REST services, robust data pipelines, and cloud-native MLOps.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable data pipelines and lakes; enforce data governance, encryption, versioning, lifecycle policies, tagging, and zero-trust controls across storage and processing workflows.
- Build, expose, and scale model inference APIs and microservices; validate endpoints and automate documentation for production deployment.
- Design and manage AWS workloads and containerized deployments within CI/CD toolchains.
- Lead model selection, training, tuning, and evaluation; apply NLP, computer vision, and agentic/GenAI approaches to mission use cases.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of related experience
- Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- US Citizenship Required
