Front Desk Night Host (Casual) for The Goodwood Hotel

We are seeking a Casual Night Front Desk Host to join our friendly Hotel team at The Goodwood Hotel. As the welcoming face of the hotel overnight, you will ensure our guests receive outstanding service, support, and care throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm and professional welcome to guests throughout the night
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and overnight enquiries
• Support with luggage, guest requests, and room service delivery as required
• Ensure guest needs are anticipated and exceeded wherever possible
• Handle guest feedback, queries, and complaints with confidence and professionalism
• Complete overnight administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for guests and colleagues
