Jr. Producer

We are looking for a Junior Producer to join Translation!

As a Junior Producer, you will produce great work, support larger campaigns, and manage small content projects independently. You will problem-solve with internal and external teams, work closely with all departments, and execute assignments on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

• Produce great work
• Support larger campaigns under the guidance of a lead producer and/or manage small content projects independently with oversight from a manager, EP or group lead
• Problem-solve with internal and external teams to get to the best work possible
• Work closely with all departments and outside partners to execute assignments on time and on budget
• See a job through from its inception to final delivery and job wrap
• Develop and manage production calendars
• Work with our in-house production arm, 16 Bars, for projects as needed
• Identify opportunities to work with our UnitedMasters artists
• Travel to and/or coordinate shoots
• Track all job actuals, maintain the job jacket, and final wrap + archive of all projects
• Perform all necessary production duties
• Maintain knowledge of production trends and platforms
• Seek opportunities for underrepresented creators

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-4 years production experience
• After-hours work and overnight traveling to shoots or post sessions required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on projects with celebrities, athletes, musicians, influencers
• Experience with union and non-union crew productions
• Passion and knowledge of latest industry trends

Salary Hiring Range: $65,000 - $75,000
