CS Business Development, Agency Distribution, Consultant (12-month Contract)

We're seeking a CS Business Development, Agency Distribution, Consultant to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team. You'll play a vital part in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate agents to sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets
• Communicate and build relationships with agents to support and push CS business
• Keep abreast of market developments and deliver key initiatives to agents
• Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers
• Monitor sales performances of assigned agents to ensure strategic targets are met
• Provide coaching and training to support staff
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience, including 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial positions
• Good product knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage projects/events independently
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Tactful interpersonal relationship
• Good presentation and team building skills
• Self-motivated and customer-orientated

Preferred Qualifications:

• License of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 2, and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
