Sales Trainee - Terre Haute

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Terre Haute. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage, and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

The Sales Trainee will:

• Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores
• Ensure effective service to customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, complying with Red Bull's executional standards

Key Areas of Focus:

• Training: The Sales Trainee role is a training position that prepares you for the Account Sales Manager role. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.
• Business Acumen: Understand the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, build and protect the Red Bull brand, and establish friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
• Daily Preparation: Obtain necessary tools to execute the daily plan, communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers, and train with them.
• In-Route Support: Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed, meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Off-Route Support: Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage
