We're seeking an Optical Colleague to join our team in Chapeltown. As a part-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of £13.10 per hour, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing patients for eye examinations and explaining the process
- Completing pre-screening examinations and booking appointments
- Dispensing spectacles and contact lenses
- Dealing with repairs and adjustments
- Ensuring stock is received from suppliers
You'll receive excellent training and support to develop your skills, including our dedicated Asda Optical Step In training programme or the Level 3 Optical Assistant Apprenticeship. There's also the opportunity to progress your career and become a GOC registered Dispensing Optician via the Level 6 Dispensing Optician Apprenticeship.
