Technology & Innovation Engineer

We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the team to design, develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the performance of our Formula One cars.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new systems and components for the Formula One cars
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and components into the cars
• Analyse data from testing and racing to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to procure and develop new technologies

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. mechanical, electrical, aerospace)
• Experience with CAD design and simulation tools (e.g. CATIA, MATLAB)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
