We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in Henryetta, OK. As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will deliver evidence-based, quality care to patients, establish timely treatment plans, and build relationships with hospital staff.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with patients, families, and hospital staff
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case management, and nurses

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification
