Senior Product Designer - Customer (B2B)

Zoopla is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the experience of its commercial marketplace, focusing on platforms, tools, and workflows for agents, developers, and property professionals. The successful candidate will work across the full product lifecycle, designing intuitive and impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own design within the team from problem framing through to delivery and optimisation
• Translate customer behaviour and insight into clear opportunities, prioritising work based on impact, effort, and business value
• Design across the marketplace, including workflows, consumer-facing experiences, and advertising products
• Define clear success metrics and use data to inform decisions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to align on goals and shape problems

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing B2B, SaaS, platform, or marketplace products end-to-end
• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy interfaces
• Strong product thinking, connecting design decisions to customer and business outcomes
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
