Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead to guide a team in building and delivering AI solutions for Life Science clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead a group of resources to build and deliver AI solutions to Life Science clients in the market.
- Develop the team's capabilities to design, develop, and deploy AI agents into various platforms like AWS, Azure, etc.
- Function as a thought leader in AI/AGI to promote the IQVIA brand in the market.
- Work as a people manager to coach team members to develop their capabilities within the Life Science industry and AI area.
Requirements
- Graduated degree or higher in Data Science domain, such as Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or two to five years of experience working as a data scientist, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Deep knowledge in mainstream Large Language Models (LLMs), such as GPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Qwen, etc.
- Experience in AI Transformation Consulting or AI roadmap design for the life science industry.
- Appetite for applying new and existing technology to challenging problems in Life Science.
- Good written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-experts.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
